Paternal Time Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was established in January 2020.
Mission
Time fathers spend with their children is of critical importance. Too often work /life balance can inhibit this. Our purpose is to promote regular activities and or events that encourage and nurture fathers’ relationships with their children.
Back Story
As a working father I find that a majority of my time is frequently consumed by work related activities. Going in early, staying late, or attending work functions are frequent occurrences. With each occurrence time is taken away from Family. Additionally, there are times I come home drained and let’s just say I am not as social as I should be. In either event, my children and I are deprived of time with each other. Thinking on this dilemma, I decided I needed to prioritize and schedule activities/events with my children just as I would schedule a work activity. This way I know my children and I would spend quality time together. I also realized if I didn’t, the alternative would be just hoping to have time with them.
